New Automatic Power Mixer with Digital Sound Processing

Designed for churches, schools, conference and meeting rooms

A further development of the proven mixer amplifier AMV7240 MKII in analogue technology is the new model AMV7240DSCDesigned for installations in churches, schools, conference and meeting rooms, schools, the 19” rack power mixer provides a complete solution that requires no other components except sound sources and loudspeakers. Power output is 240 w rms at 50/70/100 v transformer isolated outputs and 4 Ohms direct output. Five microphone/line inputs are automatically activated by voice signals and each of these inputs may be switched to manual operation.

New is the integrated DSP with advanced technology Made in Germany.
featuring a multitude of equalization characteristics such as shelving, allpass, variQ, in Butterworth Linkwitz-Riley, Bessel filtering in 6 dB slope steps up to 48 dB. Delay up to 99.5 metres or 290 milliseconds and limiter, gain and autolevel settings are more of the features.

The powermixer itself is monaural and features three balanced line level outputs. One of the d.s.p. channels drives the power amplifier output and the second may be used to drive external amplifiers via one of the other the line level outputs with different sound and delay settings.

With the new mixer amplifier, downstream amplifiers can be operated with independent signal processing and delay. Ideal, for example, in churches with remote speakers.
